Only Hors d'oeuvres Catering came about because I didn't want to go the conventional route of catering. Finger Foods a/k/a Hors d'oeuvres, Tapas, Appetizers, ..... seemed like a good fit for so many different events and occassions. Plus I wanted catering to focus more on the food and less on the accompaniments that add expense on what could be better spent on - well more food. No expense for rental of tables, no expense for rental of dishes. I've been to some quite classy social affairs where finger foods were exclusively served - done right with enough variety the guests noshed and if anything were quite satisfied - okay they were full.
Heck one lady actually ate the strawberry garnish - she got an evil eye from me - off of a really nicely presented platter I brought out because she was so into the finger food presentation. Can you blame me for wanting to lightly slap her hand as she started smearing strawberry juices all over my creatively laid out platter in her quest to eat the garnish?
Anyhoo, our goal here at Only Hors d'oeuvres is to serve delicious creative one-biters that'll have you and your guests looking forward to the next bite. We are the new tradition for Grooms and Brides who want their guest to eat up but want less formality and more socializing that a stuffy sit down reception doesn't allow. Our one-biters are a wonderful compliment for the grand opening of that sophisticated gallery. Got a special corporate party planned? Think Cocktail Party and we're your caterer.
